What data we process
When you use the contact form we process your name, email, phone, business name, location and message. When you load the site, our hosting providers process technical access data (e.g. IP address) for delivery and security.
Legal bases
Contacting you and handling your request rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The analytics tool is used solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
Recipients / processors
We use service providers as processors: hosting (Railway), analytics (Contentsquare — only with consent), region geolocation for the consent prompt and static-content delivery (Cloudflare), and email delivery. Data processing agreements are in place with these providers.
Third-country transfers
Some providers may process data in the US. Transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) where applicable.
Retention
Inquiry data is deleted once no longer needed for processing and no statutory retention applies, at the latest when the purpose ceases. Proof-of-consent records are kept for the duration of the accountability obligation.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw a given consent at any time with future effect. Contact privacy@floraboard.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Cookies & analytics
We set only strictly necessary cookies without consent. The Contentsquare analytics tool loads only after your consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser is honored automatically.
